In addition to our headquarters in Zurich, we dispose of premises in the canton of Ticino and in the French speaking part of Switzerland. Furthermore we have established and maintain close contacts with brokers, architects, project developers, Trustees and with the Federation of the Swiss real-estate industry - SVIT.

Our tasks include in particular the fields of co-ordination, support and advise in the areas of portfolio management, purchase and sales management as well as in the management of construction and redevelopment projects.

Our customers are institutions, such as real-estate and pension funds, as well as wealthy individuals. They benefit from our skills developed over many years in the local and international financial services sectors.
